Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted at checkout.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want your purchase to be as pawfect as your pup is, if is not please contact us so we can make it right. We stand behind our products if something does not meet your expectations we are here to help.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges

We cannot accept returns after 30 days
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.
Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.

EXCHANGES
We don't offer exchanges; however, you can return any new, unused item for a refund as instructed above and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.
